Organising the materials for each job, can often be more stressful than carrying out the work itself. All our account managers have a background in the electrical industry, which enables us to become a point of contact for your wholesalers and suppliers. We will then regularly carry out activities such as organising material lists for required quotations, arranging stock which is needed for upcoming work and of course, source last minute ‘panic station’ parts locally.
My customers regularly comment on the exceptional level of service we provide, my conversion rate has increased, and I feel a lot happier because of it.
